Terms and Conditions

1. Deeds sold are not refundable under any condition unless stated otherwise.
2. Deeds purchased are non-transferable and not to be resold.
3. All purchases are subject to the T&C of the Office to the Notary to Government.
4. The Notarial Acts Portal uses the MITA Payment Gateway. All personal details are encrypted and no credit card details are stored by the Office of the Notary to Government. While all necessary steps have been taken to make payment as secure as possible, the user understands that some risks may still exist and that any loss of personal data cannot result in liability of the Office of the Notary to Government.
5. Copies of deeds are issued using the Notarial Acts Portal and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions laid down by the Office of the Notary to Government.
6. Downloading of deeds implies the automatic acceptance of the Office of the Notary to Government’s terms and conditions.
